Our private trips are customizable private experiences designed exclusively for you. The team
Iliana de la Vega is a Mexican chef and instructor, lover of chiles, salsas, moles, and cooking for others. She is a multi-nominated and winner of the James Beard Award for Best Chef: Texas (2022). Isabel Torrealba is a Mexican cultural anthropologist and journalist who loves curating itineraries that connect food to history, people, literature, and politics. The mother-daughter team started the company in 2015 to showcase Mexico’s culture and culinary traditions, now partnering with chefs from different countries with our same passion for sharing their heritage with others.
